System Requirements

WaveOrtho runs on both macOS and Windows (64-bit required) operating systems and a mixture of both macOS and Windows computers is supported. We highly recommend using a dedicated server and, if using Windows, we require the server-version of the operating system. Check this page for our software and hardware specifications and recommendations.

Note: Wireless connections can be used, but they are slower and less reliable

Satellite Offices

With sufficient internet speeds in all locations, WaveOrtho does not require remote desktop or terminal to run satellite offices

Printers

Slips

Similar in size to a #10 envelope (7 5/8" x 3 1/2"; vertical perforation 4 3/4" from left).

Slips can be ordered from TopFormData.com item number 3115 or 3145. When ordering, be sure to specify "No Appointment/Receipt Imprint".

Slips must be printed on a laser printer.

Cards

The same size as business card (2" x 3 1/2").

Cards can be printed on most Dymo LabelWriter Printers. Their current model is the LabelWriter 450 Turbo.

You can use the Appointment Card paper (Dymo #30374) or Continuous Receipt paper (Dymo #30270)

Letters

Full page letter or A4 paper.

Can be printed on any laser printer.
